2 sudu besar minyak sapi
1 bunga lawang (optional)
1 bunga cengkih
1 batang kulit kayu manis
1 biji bwang holand
1 biji bawang besar
3 biji bawang putih
1/2cm Halia
1 cawan Susu cair
1kg Beras basmati
1sudu kecil garam

Instructions
STEP 1
Rendam beras basmati selama 1 jam.
STEP 2
Blender bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia.
STEP 3
Panaskan minyak masak dan minyak sapi. Tumis bunga lawang, pelaga, bunga cengki dan bawang holand. tumis sekejap baru letak bahan blender dan tumis hingga terbit bau.
STEP 4
Masukan PASTE NASI BRIYANI dan garam, tumis sehingga pecah minyak.
STEP 5
Masukan susu cair dan beras basmati, gaul rata.
STEP 6
Masukan 4 cawan air (sampai beras tergelam) dan tambah garam (jika perlu). Biar masak sampai nasi sudah masak.
